September Garden Party

Welcome to our September Garden Party!

Elizabeth and Co.

Labor Day weekend marks the unofficial end of summer. I hope you had a great one! And although it's getting pretty dry and crunchy around here, the gardens are still full of life. We're harvesting veggies every day and those hardy perennials just never seem to quit.

This is our last garden party of the year, but first let's check out some highlights of our August party .....

Head over to Pricillas for a lovely walk through her garden!

Kathi from Oak Hill Homestead has all the details on growing Walking Onions!

Check out Garden Up Green to learn how to harvest zinnia seeds.
I definitely need to do this!

And I love these Concrete Orbs! Diana from Adirondack Girl @ Heart has a step-by-step tutorial.

How cute is this Vintage Bucket and Spigot Planter from Sadie Seasongoods!

These Delphiniums caught my eye over at Thelma's Days!

And The Freckled Rose had a bounty of flowers and vegetables this summer!

A Toile Tale planned a romantic Blue Moon Dinner for Two in the garden. I love her pretty blue table setting and what an adorable potting shed!

Cynthia from Clockwork Interiors turned trash to treasure with this grill cart transformation!

Cecilia from My Thrift Store Addiction finds gardening to be therapeutic and I totally agree!

Thanks so much to everyone who shared their garden inspiration!

Now on to this month's party.....

*Link up any outdoor or garden related project you'd like to share - what's growing in your yard or garden, patio gardens, landscaping ideas, outdoor craft projects, garden furniture, bringing the outdoors in, garden fresh recipes and of course we love pretty porches and patios too!

*A link back would be appreciated, especially if you'd like to be considered for a feature.

*It's our last party of the summer. Feel free to link up as often as you like throughout the month!

Can't wait to see what's happening in your outdoor world!

August Garden Party

Welcome to our August Garden Party!

Elizabeth and Co.

To celebrate summer, we're hosting a monthly garden party from May through September. I recently shared an update on what's been happening in my garden so far this summer. I should have titled that post, The Gourds Are Taking Over the World! That would have been only slightly dramatic. I hope your gardens are thriving and a little more under control!

Now get ready for some amazing garden tours and inspiration from our July Garden Party .....

This month's garden tour from Fishtail Cottage featured gorgeous roses in a variety of beautiful colors. And Tracie also shared a post on caring for roses that you'll definitely want to read and save for reference!

I have never had a fuchsia hanging basket, but after seeing how wonderful these look on Stacy's porch over at Sweethearts and Sweet Tarts, I think I need to give them a try!

Ready for an amazing transformation? Pricillas garden went from this ...

to this, in just three short years!

I also love the use of galvanized containers throughout the garden!

Imagine throwing seeds in a ditch and enjoying these beautiful lupins for years to come. Head over to Thelma's Days for all the details!

And that's just the beginning, now check out Thel's gorgeous garden tour!

If you're feeling the need for a little privacy in your garden, check out this lattice fence from Tara at Lehman Lane - pretty and functional!

I love the shadows the lattice creates across the patio!

And be sure to check out Tara's summer garden tour here!

Thanks so much to everyone who shared their garden inspiration!
You all deserve a feature!!!

July Garden Party

Welcome to our July Garden Party!

Elizabeth and Co.

To celebrate summer, we're hosting a monthly garden party from May through September. Yesterday I shared an update on what's been happening in my garden so far this summer. With a very wet month of June, things are just growing like crazy!

Now here's some beautiful garden inspiration from our June party .....

Bonnie from The Pin Junkie shared her spring garden tour and in spite of living in a hot, dry climate, her garden is just bursting with color!

Linda from Coastal Charm invited us along on a little hydrangea stroll and a tour of a garden filled with charm and whimsy!

Stacy from Sweethearts and Sweet Tarts certainly has a green thumb when it comes to roses!

Cecilia from My Thrift Store Addiction uses herbs along her garden pathways for wonderful fragrance!

Brooke from Creative Country Mom's Vintage Home & Garden has a lovely porch to take in the views and a charming path to tour the gardens!

This pretty porch vignette from Adventures in Junking combines two of my favorite tings - furniture and flowers!

Tara from Lehman Lane shared her patriotic porch just in time to celebrate the 4th of July!

Thanks so much to everyone who shared their garden inspiration!
You all deserved a feature!!!
