Can I ask what kind of virus protection you had? :( Sure do hope the place can get your pics back for you. I have mine backed up daily, but not my files. I worry about the external drive getting a virus when I back up stuff on there.....ugh! why do people have to be so vicious?

Hi Sharon! Thank you so much for hosting! I'm glad you are up and running again- we had a virus a few years ago this time of year and it was terrible. I feel your pain. We switched to a Mac after that incident. Glad you are having fun with family! :)
