I just snapped a few pictures of this cute little blue library table before the skies opened up. We're in the midst of a thunderstorm as I type. But as you can see by the dry, crunchy leaves, we surely need the rain, so no complaining here!
I love versatile little pieces like this and they are a snap to paint!
I kept it really simple to embrace the already rustic feel - some homemade chalk paint with a mix of leftover blue paint, a light distressing and a coat of wax - done!
Super easy and super cute!
We've just started to pick the gourds and pumpkins from the garden. I can't wait to decorate with them. The other day I told Kevin that I need a field so I can plant lots and lots of them. ... Yes, a field is now officially on my wish list! ... Dreams are good!

ReplyDeleteSuch a beautiful color. ;) I love your pumpkins and gourds. I need to give it a try at growing them at some point. Until then Baugher's it is. :)
ReplyDeleteA field? I think you already have a field! I love your little blue table and the way you styled it. I have an old oak library table cut down for a coffee table, and it's so solid and will last forever. I can't wait to see more of your fall pumpkin decor!
ReplyDeleteLove to paint those tables..instant gratification! love your choice of color Sharon.
