I know I've been complaining a lot about the weather lately. It feels like it's been raining for weeks now. But yesterday was an absolutely stunning fall day! The air was crisp and clean, the sky was bright blue with only big white puffy clouds (we call it a Penn State sky!) and the sunshine was blinding! I spent the day downtown at the Baltimore Marathon. I have the blisters to prove it! Now I wish I could tell you I got the blisters from running, but I was walking the city watching this boy run.
Last year Ryan ran the full marathon. This year he decided try something different and team up with some friends to run the relay. They came in 18th in the all-male relay category. How cool is that!
Megan came along to cheer on the boys and we had fun exploring some new neighborhoods along the way. That would explain the blisters!
Congratulations Ryan! You guys were awesome!
