Sparkling Cranberry Punch

Last week you saw this pretty glass beverage jar in my dining room.
I bought it at Target a few years ago and I use it again and again.
It makes any beverage more festive.

And as promised, here is my favorite holiday party punch recipe! It is super simple, with only three ingredients - a bottle of sparkling wine, a bottle of lemon-lime soda and two cans (not one as pictured) of cranberry juice concentrate. Just stir them all together.
For a family-friendly version, just omit the sparkling wine. It will still be delicious!

I love these fun star-shaped ice cube trays. I let them sit on the kitchen counter for a few minutes and the cubes pop right out.

Aren't they cute and sparkly?

And I top off my punch with some cranberries.

How pretty is that!

And the book club girls will tell you, it's delicious!

Enjoy!

That looks so pretty! Who knew a beverage could look so good. I'm sure it tastes great too. Are they hard to clean out, the spout I mean?

Wonderful --- I will definitely try this recipe as well. If it turns out half as good as your sweet and salty roasted pecans, I'll be thrilled.

this is beautiful, but i'm not into 100% cranberry juice but I love Cran/Grape. I would use juice in the ice cube trays instead of water that way it won't get watered down as you drink it.

this is beautiful. while i'm not really into straight cranberry juice, i do like cran/grape. i would use juice instead of water in the ice cube trays; that way it won't get watered down as you drink it.

I love this but I'm going to try it with a little Tripple Sec for a citrus kick! I love orange-cranberry! It would look lovely with some orange peel garnishing the top too, maybe cut into stars to match the ice cubes! I need to get one of those beautiful bev dispensers! Thanks for sharing!

Does anyone know if you can make this using regular cranberry juice instead of the frozen concentrate? I am having a party tomorrow and I am having a hard time finding the frozen kind!
Thanks

Will this stay good for 3-5 hours? Worried about it going flat.

Do you mix the cranberry juice as directed or just frozen?

I also was wondering if the cranberry concentrate was used as is or prepared according to can directions before adding the soda.

I made this Friday night for a party. It was a absolutely beautiful and a huge hit. Next time though I was only use once can of cranberry concentrate because I thought it was a little too sweet. Thanks for the great recipe!
